It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough. BUY IT! I was so concerned about buying an appliance which would be delivered by who knows who. I didn't want to spend the $2,000+ the local stores were charging for similar items. I took the chance, so happy I did. I was beyond impressed with the packaging of the beverage fridge. It was easy to unpack even with all the layers of cardboard, wood, metal and Styrofoam. The instructions were clear and repeated so you couldn't miss them (let sit flat for at least 24 hours before plugging in) and it was easy to put the door on. I did it myself as my husband was at work. I slid it into place easily too. It is the exact size it says it is. It cooled down quickly. We use it every day! It's perfect.
