Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. We got the gold which is very gold. We really liked the look of it however the post was not long enough in our counter to install. Our sink is too close to the hole in the counter, so the post had to be longer in order to fit. We went to the hardware store and tried to find an adjuster but they had nothing that would work. I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it. He said he would never install one in his house because getting parts will be a problem. I hope we don’t need parts.
