Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it.
