We got the gold which is very gold. We really liked the look of it however the post was not long enough in our counter to install. Our sink is too close to the hole in the counter, so the post had to be longer in order to fit. We went to the hardware store and tried to find an adjuster but they had nothing that would work. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough.
