Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Ive used this toto sink in a wall mount configuration several times before but this is the first time I ever did the pedestal version. Its awesome! Its in our powder room and doesnt make it seem small or cramped. Love the interior coating that sheds off stains and water to help prevent me from having to keep after it more than I would like..
