I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. After researching a lot of options, I chose this safe due to its greater capacity to resist higher temperature fires and standing for several days in water, as well as its certification for holding small firearms. it's a compact size with a heavy-duty design.
