Received this on time; however, the packaging was really not great for the faucet. Kingston Brass usually does an outstanding job of packaging everything so it does not get banged up in shipping. This was left loose in the box, and (luckily) did not have any damage. My suspicion is that it was returned without the original packing materials, and just left to be damaged later.
