Beautiful! I did pay for assembly and one person came and assembled it by himself but it took a couple hours and I had to help lift the top bunk up. It’s pretty sturdy. Very nice piece for the price. It took me almost a month to pick a swing set for my kids, ultimately ended up buying the DOVER BAY SWING SET WITH TUBE SLIDE, took me 2 and a half days to complete the entire assembly alone. The instructions were straight forward. I do recommend doing an inventory count beforehand, had no issues with inventory or condition of the product, the tube slide was the most time consuming part of this project but worth it in the end. I have (3) kids 5/3/1 the older two being on the taller side, the tower has good height and real clubhouse like feel, the rock wall is solid and both slides are quick, kids have not gotten off it since it was anchored in 10/10 worth it..
