It’s a nice looking bed. We purchased it for a guest bedroom. It was fairly easy to assemble but my husband did have to make a few adjustments. The sides were out of square so he had to adjust the bracket that holds the headboard to the side boards. We also had to add more screws to the rails that hold the slats. For the money, it’s fine. Just make sure you have some tools and skills to tweak the assembly. The bed is definitely meant to be used with a box spring.. I know there is some confusion regarding that.. Lori. Northfield, NJ.
