Don’t be cocky (sorry had to)! Do not assume you know how to use this product. It comes with video instructions online that help navigate potential pitfalls such as the propensity to crack when drying. This is silicone which over the long term is worth the effort (adjusts to natural settling, durable, maintains color appeal). They have an amazing array of colors to choose from. And it is easy to apply if you follow the instructions. The only thing that keeps it from sealing a 5 star rating is the time it takes to fully cure and the fact that you could easily overlook the instructions forewarning you of the pitfalls. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Innovative new approach to Epoxy Mortar that enables a smoother matt finish. Epoxy Elite EVO is a commercial product that can be used as a non-sag setting material and grouting product. Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance. The grout is industrial grade performance even when subjected to enzymatic cleaners and other harsh environments. When applying grout to tile we recommend using The Tile Doctor Green Epoxy Float. The siliconized acrylic latex formula is a no-slump formula, perfect for vertical installations. Use these TEC caulk colors indoors or outdoors. This is a mildew and moisture resistant formula. Caulk colors won't wash out in weather. Apply to seal windows, doors, tub surrounds, kitchen backsplashes, and more. TEC caulk colors are available in 10.3 oz of tubes of sanded and unsanded textures. The sanded caulk is a siliconized acrylic latex formula with a rough texture. This would work well where you are trying to match rougher textured applications such as brick or stone. Unsanded caulk has a smoother finish. Common places to use this siliconized acrylic latex unsanded caulk is against backsplashes in the kitchen, along bathtub surrounds, windows and more. The unsanded tends to be easier to clean because of its smooth surface.
