This product is designed with a lift rod to switch between the faucet and hand shower. Unfortunately the engineers can not figure it out, why we have to use a pair of pliers to lift the rod. we use the bathtub very seldom and try to not use the hand shower because the rod is not movable without a tool and the lift rod's knob can sheer off after awhile. Feel so spoiled in this tub! It is a wonderful soaking tub and looks awesome in the space. The higher ends make it easy to relax your head on while soaking. My husband and I can enjoy together as it is big enough for the 2 of us. I went with the 67 long because it was wider than the longer one and so glad I did. My only complaint is that sometimes I hit the drain with my bottom and it pops up very easily! Good for a laugh when that happens!!! So glad I went with Vintage Tub and Bath for this purchase! Love my blinds but I purchased open box and they came in without hardware. So sad so I had to go to Lowe’s and will work to find the right hardware.
