Originally ordered it for the shower remodel and it came in but the diverter was damaged a d reordered a new set only to find several pieces were missing in the box. Ordered the diverter by itself and received it quick then the 3rd set we ordered finally arrived arrived about 4 weeks late. We ordered from Delta directly, ordered one from the showroom and ordered one online just to get the shower done and see which venue would get it to us first.
