The setup of it was quite confusing because it’s described as “retractable” ….however, that is NOT what it is…it is EXTENDABLE. I was intending to return it but I think I will keep it ..I won’t use it for daily walks as I intended…due to inability to retract..but am thinking I will use it occasionally (at fairs or when carrying things, need to be hands from while I have the boys (my two dogs with me)…I gave it four stars due to its convenience during occasional use and it’s sturdy construction..
