Two of these came, as ordered. They are the same except one is looking up and one down. Wonderful glazed color, beutiful design, well crafted. First - The wings attach with a metal clip which is "brazed" (welded) to the wing assembly. One one of th e 4 wings the cliop was detached from the wing so it could not be attached. The other bird was perfecrt, on inspection. Did not assmbled them. I honed the number on the attached "in case of trouble" sheet. Their phone answerd that the were no longer providing phone support. No alternative offered. Went online to Wayfair and arranged for a replacement (must send back both the good and the bad). Waiting hopefully. Really nice Herons at great price.. Ronald.
