This is a real statement plant - large and heavy. Looks fabulous! We were a little skeptical of the quality because the product is described as being made from plastic. Maybe the heavy pot is made from a resin material, but if the birch branches and twigs aren’t real, then I’m a monkey’s uncle! This is an expensive item but the quality and look are worth the money.. I got this to hold my everyday jewelry on top of my dresser, and it works beautifully for that. The boat shape gives it a unique, decorative look that feels much more special than a standard catchall tray.
