This Made In carbon steel fry pan has been a great addition to my kitchen. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is perfect for searing, frying, or quick saute cooking. Once it is hot, it holds heat really well and gives food a great crust. The seasoned surface performs nicely and keeps getting better with use. A reliable and versatile pan that I reach for often. I didn’t know if I’d like these - they’re super light and I’m used to heavier pans. But they’re great! They heat quickly and evenly, and although I do use butter and olive oil sometimes, I find I only need a tiny bit. Also, they’re really easy to wash (I don’t know if they’re dishwasher safe, but I wouldn’t risk it). And I only use silicone utensils, since I am not trying to scratch them.. Anonymous.
