Being a freestanding acrylic bathtub, it’s easier to handle during installation and doesn’t feel too cold when you step in. The surface feels smooth, and overall it just feels simple to use. The whirlpool jets are there when you want them. With 11 jets, the water moves around your body in a steady way. It’s not too strong, but enough to help you relax after a long day. The bubble feature also keeps the water moving lightly, which feels calm and not too much. There’s also built-in lighting inside the tub. It’s soft and not too bright, but it does change the feel a bit, especially in the evening. You may not notice it at first, but once you sit in, it adds to the experience. With a 50-gallon capacity, you get enough depth for a good soak. You don’t have to keep shifting around to get comfortable. The center drain also keeps things balanced, so it fits easily in different setups. At the end of the day, this bathtub is simple to use. Exactly what I wanted. We have not started our bathroom remodel yet, but I could not pass this tub up. The sale price was extremely competitive and after doing some research on the company I was sold. The company is in Tennessee and make each tub to order. They were a great resource on a subject I knew little about. I have never had an indoor jetted tub. They answered all of my questions and also recommended modifications that I added to my order. The tub was delivered in about 4 weeks. We unboxed it and conducted a leak test according to company standards. It is perfect! The general contractor that I hired thought it was well built and great looking for a small, jetted tub. I hope to have years of enjoyment from the foot jets and back jets. The tub is very deep. The length of the tub is only 5 ft minus the large edge around the back of the tub. A tall person may find it a bit tight. All was in working order. Our only disappointment which is why I didn’t rate it five stars was it came poorly packaged. The tub was just sitting in the box, nothing to protect the corners, nothing wrapped.
