Returning from his recent trip to Morocco, Ebern Designs has been reexamining his vision regarding color. The impact on his perspective from the places he saw in the cities of Fez and Marrakesh forced him to step outside of his comfort zone. The resulting pivot has been a harmony of earthy, rich tones of flesh, browns and copper complimented with greens, blues and deep purple.

A remote fishing village in Denmark, Skagen was a gathering place for many Danish, Norwegian and Swedish artists. This celebratory party was a gathering of many artists, and friends and an important woman painter, Anna Archer with her daughter along with Kroyer himself painted in the white suit.
