We love this dispenser. Far classier and more functional than any before. We did unfortunately have to get a replacement, for which Kohler was VERY supportive and swift to send. The above-counter refill didn't work, so we had to fill from below which is a pain. Hopefully the new one will come apart as designed, so the above-counter filling will be dependable.. Polly.
