These are great lights. The adjustable feature for color temperature works very well, and the lights themselves seem to be of good quality. This light fixture is beautiful. Its is heavy and very solid. My husband was able to hang it in about an hour by himself (although it would have been easier with 2 people due to the weight). The 2 temporary bars that allow the fixture to hang while you connect the electric wires was a great idea to make installation easier. The fixture is very pretty and thus the 5 stars. I never got to install it because one of the globes arrived shattered. I was going to opt for a replacement globe however, the replacement would be arriving so late that I would fall outside the return window if there was an issue. My replacement was estimated to be delivered apex. 12/18 and that was assuming that there were no delays. I had till 12/30 to return it for a full refund and since it’s the holidays I didn’t want to chance it so it’s going back. Customer service was great handling the issue which I really appreciated. Another item to remember is that the globes are not thick glass and there is a cautionary note that the globes may chip or break upon installation if you tighten the screws too much.. Gilda. Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality.
