One of the screws wouldn't tighten. The other one did so the leg is stable for now. We contacted Wayfair and they allowed us to fully explain the situation. Arrived in perfect condition, no flaws in any of the parts. Assembly was a bit challenging, but only because I was really careful and wanted to put it together nicely and solidly - which I managed to do. The Chest itself is beautiful, and the wood top and sides perfectly match my floor. After months of using it, I remain happy and satisfied with the purchase, so much so that I tried to but another one.
