I ordered this bed in November 2024. It arrived quickly in 3 large boxes: 1 containing slats, 1 containing side rails, 1 containing headboard and footboard. The slats and side rails were undamaged, but the largest box containing the headboard/footboard showed up completely smashed. The floating curved wooden bar above the upholstered headboard was not supported properly in shipping, so all it took was one person to drop the large, heavy box on its end for it to get destroyed. Wayfair was amazing (5 stars for their returns department) and replaced the box containing the headboard/footboard with a new one. Unfortunately the same thing happened with the second box! So I ended up returning the entire bed. None of this cost me anything and I got a full refund, but honestly I'd rather have the bed than have had to deal with 2 months of replacements/returns. If the headboard was packaged properly, or was constructed so that the user puts together the curved wooden top, this could be avoided.
