Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I needed a new diverter because the original one became clogged. The original diverter was stuck in place so I had to destroy it in order to remove it. The diverter became clogged with parts of the washer from the shutoff valves under the sink. I replaced the shutoff valves with 1/4 turn ball valves which have no washers. Never the less I still bought a spare diverter just in case the water coming into the home becomes fouled from a street break etc. When a diverter becomes clogged there is little or no water coming out of the faucet.
