This is good quality tile and the design and coloring was just what I was looking for...a wood-look tile that wasnt too orangey. My contractor was able to cut, install, and line up the pattern well. First, I would like to start off with... I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER AND THE OPTION TO INSTALL PROFESSIONALLY IS NOT OFFERED. Now, with that out of the way, I love this color flooring and the materials are so smooth when walking on it. The rich walnut goes perfect with my gold accent curtains. It makes the room feel really warm. It is important to purchased the right amount and place the panels in the right directions. The picture and the box that it comes in shows how the placement of the panels go. Do not put them all going in 1 direction, it will not work. I chose the snap and lock ones because I didnt want to get involved with all of that glue, also, I really didnt want to pull my vinyl flooring up because I am not a professional and if I messed up, I could just pull the panels up and hire a professional. (I pulled them up after taking the picture and Im hiring a professional right after this review lol). It seems easy enough, however, I need to pull my base boards off and pull my vinyl up so that they can secure properly.
