I just got it, haven't used it much, but it's great! I need to elevate my leg due to a knee surgery and I wanted to give this chair a try because of the foot rest. I thought the foot rest would maybe not go far enough to be able to extend my leg well, but it did! Is the right distance to elevate a leg, it's a comfy chair, you can adjust armerst, heigh of the chair, and position of the head rest. Also, when I fold it, it fits perfectly below my desk. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. Sometimes I needed both and other times it was pretty obvious what went where. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about 25 minutes alone. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. Updated Review: One of the wheels doesn't spin and stops me from easily being able to move around. When I try to push my chair back from my desk, it locks up and drags the wheel across the floor. Not sure if this is a defect or if the wheels are poorly made. This was a relatively easy chair to put together. I love the color and the fact that I can adjust the back and have that I have the option to kick up my feet when on long calls. I'm still getting used to the massage feature, but I find it to be more of a pulse to my lower back than a massage. This chair is as pictured, pretty and pink! The aesthetic is more casual than the wing back chair that it’s replacing, but it’s so much more comfortable. I can sit for hours (with the occasional stand and stretch of course) without back or leg pain. It’s a gaming chair so it’s made for sitting relaxing. I use it for long study sessions and sometimes a movie night. I don’t really use the leg rest but it’s a nice feature. It was easy to assemble and easy to keep clean. Really like this chair. The material is very soft and feels nicely made. It is also wide and padded. What I struggle with is the arm rests. It took me a bit to figure out how to lock them and due to my height I use them to get on the chair so I really need them secure so I don’t hurt myself. I LOVE this chair!!! It came neatly packaged and was easy to put together with minimal tools. The seat is super wide, so I can sit with my legs crossed and still be comfortable. The material feels really soft and very comfortable. It does scratch fairly easily though. I have a puppy and he scratched the arm with his paw and the material has a small scratch now.
