The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. This desk chair is my favorite of all time!!! It has the elongated back with the separate additional headrest which I think makes a huge difference in terms of neck support. I love the color scheme of white and tan- it just looks more modern and pops in a room more than the plain black or gray chairs that are typical. It has an amazing recline that works very well where the arms also adjust against the pressure of someone leaning back on the chair. I also don’t think I’ll use this feature much, but the footrest that slides out is also very cool and a great optional way to relax in this chair! I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. Sometimes I needed both and other times it was pretty obvious what went where. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about 25 minutes alone. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. I ordered another chair a couple of weeks ago and Wayfair lost it in transit and I didn't get a replacement. I needed a desk chair so I ordered this one. The installation was easy enough - It was just a little awkward for the bottom and back parts since they had to be screwed in at a specific angle. Great little office chair. Compact but comfy (so far). Assembly was pretty darn easy but not without a tiny bit of effort. It works for me, but for someone very tall the backrest might seem a little low. Love the footrest and the ability to sit cross legged without having to scrunch up into my chair. The back operates like the seat in a car,, so its really basic for this price point. Secondly, I am afraid to use the foot rest because its so unstable, and causes the chair to lean forward precariously while using it. It flips up awkwardly, and then tucks back underneath the chair to store away.
