I absolutely love this smart bed! The massage chaise is incredibly relaxing, and the built-in Bluetooth speakers and reading lights make the whole setup feel luxurious and modern. The storage compartments and USB charging features are also super convenient and help keep everything organized. The upholstered frame looks beautiful in person and feels very sturdy and high-quality. Assembly took a little time, but it was completely worth it once everything was set up. The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth.
