This steam mop has honestly been an amazing purchase. Rocky was easy to setup. Some advice, only vacuum one room at a time in the beginning. We have pets and the dustbin was so full it couldn’t empty. I had to take the top off rocky and empty myself. We use other Bissell products so we knew we could count on this to work and man did it deliver! Not only does it make cleaning insanely easy, but it does a fantastic job and it is the only solution we found that also get all the way up to the walls (it's also very gentle and doesn't hurt paint or finish). 5/5 isn't even good enough.
