[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is quite beautiful. Love the full glass top. It is soft close. One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. This is a great option for us as we typically don't use a liquid fabric softener, but we do switch back and forth between two different detergents. The automatic dispensers are a game changer as we have teenagers that tend to use too much detergent. Huge capacity! Even though it is large capacity, I do not have an issue with reaching items in the bottom of the tub as I did with our last washer. That is a huge plus for me! There are a lot of preset cycles to choose from, or you can create your own through the settings menu. The cycle you set shows the time to complete and I find that it has been pretty accurate. The AI cycle is new to me, but a neat concept that I am exploring. The spin cycle did a great job on the towels, which cuts down on drying time. Little to no vibration during the spin cycle. Pretty Impressed! Using the LG ThinQ app, you can do even more customizations. A couple of fun ones are you can change the startup greeting screen (ours is currently a snowman) and tune that plays when a cycle is finished. You can also get an alert on your phone or watch through the app when the cycle is finished. The built-in faucet is perfect for treating stains or a quick rinse if you don't have a sink in your laundry room. Overall, we have been happy with this purchase. However, after using the Air Purifier’s for a few days the dust is virtually gone and the air seems fresher; pollen hasn’t been an issue and cooking odors are quickly dissipated. My neighbors smoke and I am concerned that second hand smoke impacts ones health negatively. Again, since using the LG 360 PuriCare Air Purifier’s I have the air in our apartment is fresher and cleaner. We selected these models for their specifications including, but not limited to their True HEPA filters, Booster Fan’s, Smart features and the fact they’re made by LG, a leader in the air purifier industry; not to mention that they are energy efficient, certified Asthma and Allergy Friendly by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Best investment I made regarding health.
