This is an elegant looking toilet and has a more modern design; we had it installed in our guest bathroom and I think it makes a beautiful addition to the bathroom. It is made of porcelain so it is sturdier than the ceramic ones. I am yet to figure out how not to make it flush if I accidentally have the lid opening from just walking by - this is just me not having read the manual though... the flush function is nice and I love all the features (I am yet to test the warming function and the bidet - will update the review after doing so). I also have a pro version of this toilet (it has a manual non electric flush option in case the power goes out and it has a built in tank) and that is very nice as well. Washer works well. It is reasonably quiet and has low vibration levels. Overall capacity is good, especially compared to our previous 20+ year-old washer. This is considered a high-efficiency washer, so you have to get used to the lesser amount of water it uses compared to older machines. The primary negative is the fabric softener dispenser clogs with the softener residue quite frequently. We have to remove and clean the dispenser tray after every 10 loads or so. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!!
