This set is very nice, sturdy, and exactly as I expected it to be. However, it arrived with two parts missing the holes needed to insert four of the screws. I contacted Wayfair for a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same defect. We ended up having to drill the holes ourselves, which made the installation very time-consuming and tedious. Overall, the installation was honestly a nightmare and took much longer than it should have. That said, I really like the set itself and think it looks great in our backyard. This is a heavy, well-made chair. The poly boards feel thick, the frame does not flex, and it sits firmly once it is together. The recline is comfortable and the seat is generous. It is also much larger than I expected from the listing photos, so measure your space before you buy. I have assembled several of these poly Adirondack-style chairs. These were the worst instructions I have used. You essentially get four low-quality drawings. I had to figure most of it out myself. The one useful part is that you can usually tell which screws belong on each step. If you have put a lot of these together, you will get through it. If this is your first one, expect some frustration. I am docking a star for the hardware finish. Some screw heads are recessed many are not. The leftover silver screws stand out against the navy boards. Recessing the rest and adding caps, or using paintedcolor-matched screws, would be a cheap fix and would make the chair look finished instead of half-assembled.
