I ordered the 10’ tree for our room with 12’ ceilings. The tree is very true to size. I will say that it is further off the ground then I would prefer but looks great. The bpx is super heavy, so I assume the tree will be incredible. I researched and this was a great deal for a full tree for my new home. The tree looks pretty nice. There were a couple of issues. It was missing an attachment piece for one of the branches & the flocking does come off on your clothes and floor.
