The tree looks pretty nice. There were a couple of issues. It was missing an attachment piece for one of the branches & the flocking does come off on your clothes and floor. Its very pretty looks like a real tree. Ive had it for 4 yrs now have had to replace the middle string of lights this year which is not unheard of after this amount of time. I advise not to unwind from the tree,very difficult the flocking comes off Just buy a string of lights add it. A lot of other bulbs burned out but I just bought the single bulbs put those in the place of the burnt-out one. These lights are heavily flocked that are on it so not a clear bright light.. Laurie. Update: I reached out to Wayfair and this has been resolved. It was an easy process, so therefore I am going to give it 4 stars from 1. The tree is very full when you fluff the branches. I would buy again. First I want to say that I received this tree as promised. Thank you. I just opened the box to put it together so I would know if everything works alright. The middle section does not fit tight on the bottom section, therefore it leans. I have attached photos to show you the damage to the middle section shaft that goes into the bottom section. I don't know if that ring is supposed to be that way, but I feel if it was around the entire shaft it would have fit tighter. Also, is that shaft supposed to be bent in like that? That too would make since that it doesn't fit snug and it leans away from the bent part.
