Several pieces were damaged and required some repairing to make them work. Required some drilling to get the screws to fit in there panels right. The door jam and hinge holes on the doors didn't line up and required some modifying which still didn't fit right. Going to frame the doorway in and build the doors. We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. This wooden shed was easy to put together. The directions were clear and easy to follow. It took us about 3 hours from unpacking to finish. If you like erector sets or Legos this is the unit for you. But you better pay close attention to the instructions. There's nothing like following the diagrams just to find out that everything is exactly backwards. I've never in my days had something with this many screws and bolts. They include a set of gloves with your order to keep from cutting your hands but if your luck is like mine I cut my arms all to pieces. I'd pass on this when if it was given to me again. Decent storage cabinet and will work for what I need it for. The shelving seems sturdy enough . The doors catch pretty badly on the center and they are a little hard to open. The handles are very shallow and extremely difficult to use. It looks like there is an option to add more hardware but it didn’t come with the kit.
