Even though I love the overall product, I'd prefer to have received a piece that didn't have any flaws like cracks running through it and a few pieces didn't exactly have the grooves length matching the joint.. Love this arbor! The instructions were very user‑friendly, and overall the assembly was straightforward. It definitely requires two people to put together, but once you get going it comes together nicely. I did have to redrill the holes where the rail attaches to the side lattice, but aside from that the process was simple. I got this trellis a couple of years ago and have loved having it. It’s really well made and is standing the test of time. We are growing trumpet vine up it for the hummingbirds and butterflies. Appears sturdy and easy to assemble. Color was not uniform out of the box - lighter colored streaks in it. Installed about a month ago and some of the cross slats are sagging already, meaning they are bowed instead of straight across.
