this steam mop works great. I have pets and teenagers so things get spilled regularly. It is easy to use and cleans the floors nicely. The pads are easy to remove and wash in the laundry. The only thing is, I wish the cord was just a little bit longer and that the reservoir for the water was a little bit bigger. This is a big upgrade from my cheap black and decker iron. This iron gets hotter and makes more steam then my old one. I haven’t used it as of yet but I am so excited to get it unloaded and out of the box as soon as I get my carpet vacuumed really well furniture moved out and I’ll be off and cleaning with my new Hair Pro Pet Carpet Cleaner. I had two spine surgeries and every time I pull back it pulls forward which kills my back. It’s not the vacuums fault.
