These chairs looked similar to one’s in a furniture store for much less money and I’ve had good luck with Wayfair pieces before, so I ordered set of 2 to try. They were easy to put together, I was able to do pretty quickly myself except, the screws (10) 4 to attach seat, 6 to finish legs. There are not any pre-drilled holes for these screws. which made me nervous like other reviewers had stated, and I was afraid of the wood splitting. Therefore, to be safe I did have my husband use his impact drill to do the screws. They came out great, they’re very comfortable. Good quality went ahead and ordered four more. Only issue was some of the legs on bottom (see photos)were not finished with black and just unfinished wood. Don’t really see so not deal breaker for me, especially for great price. Also will need to get some type of floor protectors to add to legs. Overall, extremely happy with the quality and amazing price of these chairs. Would recommend and buy again. Shelley. NY. After a month of moderate usage in a sun-light/UV protected space, by 2 people w/no animals i will unfortunately have to change the initial 4.5 star rating to a 2.5 star rating for the following reasons: 1) the chair back & w/recliner extended is designed to comfortably accommodate a person under 5'9" - works for me at 5' but not my husband @ 6'. 2) the recliners foot-leg rest only extends to full-out - there is no partial or 1/2 way for the leg extension. 3) on both chairs, the leather on the head-rest & seat-back & the seat cushions very quickly/prematurely began drooping/sagging, wrinkled & starting to show a crack/split appearance (that is not due to years of age as would be expected) and is only getting worse over time. The price-point for these at the time was reasonable & on paper the 'look' & description of them seemed to be the perfect fit to enhance our Great Rooms furniture suite; unfortunately the quality of these recliners materials & the size/mechanical limitations are disappointing and will not meet the hoped for expectations for comfortability w/a quality handsome appearance or the quality of durability & long wear. - sv. Absolutely love this chair! I got as a reading chair, and it is a classic and timeless look. I am 5’2, and it has a deep enough seat to rest my legs on it. It was also extremely easy to assemble. The only downside was the bottom corners had small smudges on them, I am assuming from shipping. I was able to remove with stain remover so wasn’t a big deal and also again on the bottom so unnoticeable. The chair is on the firmer side but think it will soften over time so I don’t mind it!
