MrSteam Remote temperature probe used to accurately read the temperature inside the steam room and send it to the controller.

You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die.
