This is such a beautiful purple apple! It is large and shiny and reminds me of Snow White except it’s purple! You can see that it fits in the palm of your hand. I love this one and the pear which is a shade of purple. I will use them for decorations. It’s made of a type of ceramic with a paint glaze over it and a brown plastic stem coming out of the top. I am thinking of placing it on my book shelf in the family room or my vase shelf in my bedroom. It would look nice on either one. This is such a beautiful decorative item that could go anywhere so I would really recommend this for anyone. They would make great gifts also for someone’s desk or table or anywhere!. Ellen Endres. Conrad Moulton was a prolific and highly sought after free-lance illustrator in New York City during the 1940's, 50's and 60's. Every advertising agency used him and he was a member of the Society of Illustrators. A graduate of Parson's School of Design in 1942. After his accomplished career as an illustrator, he continued to paint portraits and abstracts from his home in Detroit, MI. His son, Josh Moulton, is a professional artist in Chicago with his own gallery. This piece is a reproduction of a Conrad Moulton original work of art. His paintings, drawings, and other artwork is replicated by digital printing. Moulton’s work ranged from acrylic on canvas, acrylic on watercolor paper to abstracts that are enamel on canvas. I love these glasses. I got them for my bar which is an antique secretary. I get so many compliments on them.
