I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing. This is a gorgeous faucet. I opted for the chrome finish rather than nickel for price and care reasons. We've had this now for over a year and it is still beautiful. The only minor issue is that sometimes it seems a little too straight - for instance when I pull the spray nozzle out, it is a teensy bit hard to turn it to spray into the far corners - but I prefer the look and shape the way it is so I don't mind. Looks nice, BUT, in the installation kit, there is a requirement to cut the SS Inlet tube and sand it down with sandpaper. This requires a tool to cut steel. This is not listed anywhere in the instructions, leaving my plumber dumbfounded. Once we reached trouble shooting on the phone (after a long wait), we were sent pictures of the necessary cutting. This seems like something that should be handled on your end--why wouldn't you cut this piece before including in the set and why don't you include any explanation of this in the directions? Also, you included the wrong water hoses, so we needed to go to the hardware store and purchase new hoses. All of this required extra labor, two visits, thus increasing overall expense.. This is my third Rohl wall mount faucet. After installing the first two and using them for a few years we realized that this is the brand we we always buy from now on. Rohl is expensive but worth it. Not one problem has come up with these faucets. They are very well made. We have not installed this brass faucet yet due to kitchen construction but we can't wait to use it.. Carolyn.
