I ordered the anvil May 27 2025. Wayfair said it shipped May 30. Never arrived. Called Customer Srvice (he couldnt have been nicer). Customer Service escalated the order. Turns out it was lost in transit. A replacement was organized and shipped June26 (now a month has passed). On July 10 the anvil arrives. The container had obviously been opened and poorly reclosed (screws were stripped out). The anvil is fine (I expected to need to dress the edges, etc.), but the anvil face is deeply scratched and shows rust. For some reason there was an IV Starter kit in the container)! Still trying to wrap my head around that one. I havent decided whether to send it back yet. I will take a closer look at the anvil face and see if it is salvageable. Do not recommend. Thomas C.. From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Rocky was easy to setup. Some advice, only vacuum one room at a time in the beginning. We have pets and the dustbin was so full it couldn’t empty. I had to take the top off rocky and empty myself. Now I’m vacuuming one room at a time so the dustbin doesn’t get too full. Then with regular cleaning I’ll go back to full cleaning. I also love the mopping feature.
