They are expensive, but they were exactly what we were looking for. They tell a story that we have lived and it is so nice to have these lights serve as a memory. For bulbs, I installed GE Reveal LEDs that are all GLASS and the whole bulb lights up, not "half" the bulb like many LEDs are designed that have the tall collar extending up from the base. I am very happy with my chairs. The size and color are just as expected. I did order samples of upholstery, which I highly recommend. By doing so, as seen in the photos, I was able to match very closely with my footstools. The seaming is beautifully done. HOWEVER, the reason for my four stars, is that the seat cushion extends several inches over the edge of the chair as seen in the photo. I’m quite sure this will affect how the seat wears over time.. The chair comes with a nice-to-touch corduroy fabric and a sturdy internal iron frame. It's easy to install with a wrench and saves space. The iron frame provides extreme stability and does not sway. Each leg has anti-slip pads at the bottom to prevent scratching the floor.
