The chairs from my old set are bulky yet all six fit around this table easily. Only negatives, and not worth subtracting stars for, are tedious assembly and the lack of any protective material on the bottom of the legs. Not a deal breaker for me because I have it sitting on a rug. Assembly instructions are straightforward, just tedious. The table is well manufactured and was easy to assemble. The directions were easy to follow and there were no missing pieces. The only issue I had was that two of the pre-drilled holes were not completely clear and I had to use a small round file to ream out the hole to allow the bolt to fit. It was easy to do. I also like how sturdy and heavy the table is.
