They are nice looking chairs and will work for us for the time being, but I can see why they were offered at a great clearance price. Three of the four chairs have damage we'll repair, as it's not worth trying to return them. They come as one piece (no assembly) and the box is huge! The damage is that the plastic rattan wrap around the legs has unraveled on 2 of the chairs, and the arm of a third chair has some damage that should be glued down. Because the plastic is polyethelene, you can't use just any glue, you need a bonding epoxy so I will be buying some tomorrow to address these issues. I purchased them to create a cozy seating area on my front porch, paired with a small side table I also bought from Wayfair, and the whole setup looks inviting and comfortable. One of the biggest selling points for me was the material. These chairs are made from high-density polyethylene, which is ideal for my location right by the ocean. The salt air here is brutal on most outdoor furniture, but this material gives me confidence that they’ll hold up well over time. They also claim to have UV stabilization, which I’m hoping means that they will resist fading and maintain their appearance and durability through our long, hot, sunny days. In terms of construction, these chairs are impressively sturdy. They feel solid and well-made, with a generous size that makes them very comfortable to sit in. The listed 360-pound weight capacity seems believable given how strong they feel. Assembly was straightforward overall, but I would recommend paying close attention when attaching the seat. One section is slightly slanted, and if you don’t notice it, you may have to go back and redo it like I did. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake. The chairs are good looking and the color is vibrant. They’re also easy to clean, which is a big plus for outdoor furniture. The chairs are very comfortable. I just got them, so can’t speak to the longevity that other reviewers address. I had wanted the vintage natural, but purchased the vintage white because the natural was so far back ordered at the time and I wanted something ASAP. For me (on my screen), the white color is more of a cool tone - like faded cardboard - whereas I thought the pictures looked like it was a warmer white.
