they are sturdy once you have the dirt in them, but seem a bit flimsy when empty. Be careful filling them, as I had my neighbor help me fill with his john deer and we had to go very slowly and level the dirt in layers so it didnt warp the shape. I'm not yet sure how well my new grow lights are going to help my plants and I wasn't at all happy to learn that they have to be plugged in to work since nothing in the description or photos shows a cord, but they are easy to use and very convenient in less-than-convenient locations. After using it just one day, I noticed my succulent reaching upward, toward the light, which generally means that it is not enough light, but I moved the light closer to the plant and that seems to have helped. Horrible product; see photos! The "pots" are grossly misshapen, they cannot even stand on their own, are super flimsy. To put it into perspective, each set of 100 pots came in a quart size bag with room to spare, which attests to how thin they are--they feel like tissue paper. Note in the photos how they are just a big pile of flimsy plastic MOOSH. Each photo shows a set of 100 pots-it's laughable. The absolute WORST Wayfair purchase I have ever made. I will be returning.
