My first reaction is how did I not know about these When getting floors laid by a handyman I was dismayed because there was no smooth transition between the wood and carpet. Came across this on Wayfair and decided to give it a try. Done and dusted now! This transition tape, as you can see in the photo, has fixed the issue! Yay! Is it hard to install Nope! It's a little fiddly to lay down and you need to be careful when walking on it or laying your flooring as the top layer can catch on your shoes and tear.
