I was looking for a rack to hold clip boards. None of the racks say how much space there is from the bottom of the shelf to the bottom of the next shelf, but I was hopeful a clipboard would fit. It is about 12 inches of vertical storage and the clipboards are 13 inches. Luckily it has a wire across the middle so I can put the clip boards in and let them lean forward a bit at the top.
