Chair is really lovely. It was not packed very well. On the bottom there is a zipper, inside there is a box with the legs. I am very happy with my chairs. The size and color are just as expected. I did order samples of upholstery, which I highly recommend. By doing so, as seen in the photos, I was able to match very closely with my footstools. The seaming is beautifully done. HOWEVER, the reason for my four stars, is that the seat cushion extends several inches over the edge of the chair as seen in the photo. I’m quite sure this will affect how the seat wears over time.. What I will say again is to please order the Archetype Hemp fabric sample before you order the arm chair, sofa or ottoman. As the fabric appears much lighter in photos. You may find the photos I have of the sofa to be closer to what the actual color is. Lighting makes a very big difference in the overall look of these furniture pieces. Docking one star per chair leg that shouldn’t have made it through quality control. 2 star item. Bought this as a surprise for my mom’s new cottage at the beach before she comes to visit next week. The chair looks great, the chair part itself feels like good quality and looks exactly like the photos. However, 3 of the 4 legs have misaligned screw holes making them impossible to properly attach. I have contacted support the manufacturer and will update this review if I receive any type of resolution, but for now it’s a pretty big disappointment to have a chair that isn’t usable. EDIT 7626 The support team reached out to offer a full item replacement. The paisley swirls are shades of brown and tan. I like these colors very much and I’m glad the I didn’t order the gray pillows that I was going to get.
