Just a tad on the confusing side to put together. I unpacked everything first and laid out all the pieces as I normally do only to find that the labels were printed on the packing material which I had thrown away. It made it difficult to assemble quickly. Otherwise, the chair is comfortable for our office wellness room.. Lisa. US. Mon Sep 14 2026

Add refined elegance to your living room with the modern boucle upholstered arm accent chair. Upholstered in a faux boucle fabric, this lounge chair flaunts a square arm and cushion back to create a chic minimalistic profile. The thick foam-padded seat and bonus pillow provide maximum comfort, making it easy to sit back and relax after a long, tiring day. This upholstered accent chair brings a warm and welcoming vibe into your living space. Assembly is required and tools are included.

The Jakeim 28" Upholstered Accent Chair is a beautiful chair once it is fully assembled, but I did run into a few challenges during the setup process. The fabric is nice and the chair has a modern design. The biggest downside was the assembly. The instructions were somewhat confusing and could be improved with clearer illustrations and more detailed steps. I found myself having to backtrack a couple of times because it wasn't always obvious which parts were supposed to go together. Another issue was attaching the legs. This is a two-person job. Trying to hold the chair steady while lining up and tightening the legs by yourself is very difficult. Having someone help made the process much easier and saved a lot of frustration. My biggest concern was where the back of the chair attaches to the seat. The hole at the top of the chair is larger than the screw that is supposed to secure it. Because of the extra space, the screw doesn't tighten as firmly as it should, leaving the chair with a slight wobble. It doesn't seem unsafe, but it is noticeable and takes away from what would otherwise be a solid piece of furniture. Despite these issues, I still like the overall appearance of the chair. It is attractive and comfortable. If the assembly instructions were clearer and the hardware fit more precisely, I would have rated it much higher. Overall, it's a nice accent chair with great style, but be prepared for a somewhat frustrating assembly process and consider having a second person available to help.. Diana Marie. Clancy, MT. Chair is not 100 percent what I was expecting. But anyway I kept them. The cushion is very stiff, well it’s made in China, so quality it’s not very good. I wish Wayfair has work with better European companies. One of them was broken and Wayfair replaced with new one no charge. I love their customer service very quick and helpful. Thank you Waifair.... These chairs are beautiful. They were easy to assemble the overall quality is great. My only complaint is that the back cushion attaches with Velcro. It leaves visible gaps, which takes away from the otherwise high-end look. If the back were attached more seamlessly, these chairs would be perfect. Erandy. Dyer, IN. Tue Aug 04 2026
