This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is.
