The modular design features a non-adjustable, stationary structure engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 120 mph and snow loads of 100 lbs. Included with the unit are the frame, assembly hardware, and a touch-up paint kit to simplify the setup process. This awning provides effective protection against sunlight, rain, and snow while requiring a minimum vertical clearance of 84" wide.

This product is of very high commercial grade quality. This model is heavy steel, is very sturdy and requires an experienced crew to mount it overhead, especially the 8 foot size. This is not a DIY install. Assembly can be DIY with the right patience and good tools, but not the installation. Also, be prepared with the right mounting hardware (per instructions), before your install crew arrives. No photo can be provided as we are still waiting to have it installed. I recently had siding put on my home. My contractor sort of refused to put my old awnings back on the house - rightfully so - would have been awful! So, I started searching for suitable choices. Many were negated because they wouldn't have mounted to the siding correctly. Then I found this (and a larger one for my front door but got that one elsewhere as Wayfair didn't have that size) and realized that a mounting kit could be purchased for vinyl siding! Hooray! It's gorgeous - so minimalistic and really matches the house. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know how well it will shield but at least it looks pretty.
